Boise State football will conclude its spring practices with the annual spring game on Saturday, April 20 at Albertsons Stadium. Parking lots will open at 11 a.m. and fans can begin entering the stadium, through Entries 2 and 3, at 12:30 p.m. The Bronco Walk – which starts at the Student Union Building and goes through the Larry and Marianne Williams Plaza (along Bronco Lane), ending at the Allen Noble Hall of Fame – will also take place at 12:30 p.m., allowing fans to welcome Bronco players and coaches to the stadium. Team activities will begin on The Blue at 1:30 p.m. Admission to the game is free and seating within the stadium is general admission.
First Federal Bank is the title sponsor of the spring game and will provide 2024 schedule magnets to the first 2,000 fans as well as a limited number of commemorative Boise State cups. In addition, First Fed will have its prize ATM available for fans to walk away with cash winnings and giveaways. Other sponsors and vendors will also be present and concession stands will be open as well. Fans are reminded that a clear bag policy will be in effect and should plan accordingly before entering the stadium.
The Broncos will enter the 2024 season with a great deal of anticipation as the Spencer Danielson era is set to kick off. Danielson was named the 12th head coach in Boise State’s history back in December 2023. Previously, while serving as interim head coach, Danielson guided the Broncos to three consecutive wins and a Mountain West title to end the 2023 campaign. After assuming the full-time role, the Danielson-led program has seen significant success, especially on the recruiting trail. In February, the Broncos signed the highest rated recruiting class in the Mountain West. Danielson has also surrounded himself with a noteworthy coaching staff, highlighted by the return of former head coach Dirk Koetter who will serve as offensive coordinator.
Boise State football season tickets are on sale now and start as low as $174 and include six home games. The Broncos open their 2024 season with two road games – at Georgia Southern (Aug. 31) and Oregon (Sept. 7) – before returning to The Blue for a three-game home stand against Portland State (Sept. 21), Washington State (Sept. 28), and Utah State (Oct. 5).
